Each week we offer a range of classes and support groups open to anyone. Including meditation, yoga, yin yoga, breathwork, sharing circles and much more.

Meditation mondays

Every Monday throughout 2025 at 6pm we welcome you to join us for an hour of total mind relaxation, whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned sitter this class is for you.

Meditation reduces stress, boosts focus, and enhances emotional well-being by rewiring the brain for resilience and clarity. Just 10 minutes a day can improve sleep, lower blood pressure, and promote a sense of inner peace. At this class you will learn different techniques and philosophies of mindfulness.

Each week we offer free places for those from the local community who are struggling financially - why not nominate a friend in need?

Beginner’s Yoga Course

This program is for you if you’re completely new to yoga. This is perfect to help you develop a strong and safe foundations of yoga. Over the course of 5 weeks, you’ll gain confidence in your yoga. During the course you will learn correct alignment, asanas, breathing techniques and gain better connection between mind, body and spirit.

If you’ve always wanted to learn yoga or already practice but want to take your knowledge and application to a new level – this is the program for you.

The Course starts on Tuesday 7th January 2025 and runs over five consecutive weeks.

Time: 7:00 – 8:30pm

Yin Yoga

Join us every Tuesday at 5:45 PM for a soothing 1-hour Yin Yoga session designed to help you unwind, stretch deeply, and reconnect with your inner stillness. This gentle, meditative practice focuses on long-held postures that target deep connective tissues, promoting flexibility, relaxation, and balance in both body and mind.

Perfect for all levels, this class is an ideal way to release tension, reduce stress, and create a sense of calm amidst the busyness of life. Step onto your mat and discover the power of slowing down.

The 6 weeks of de-stress

Join Sammy and iBreathe Community for an in-person transformative 6 week journey delving into the realms of Breathwork. Each week is focused on different breathing modalities and intentions, offering a space to fully equip yourself with tools, techniques and a deeper understanding of yourself. 

The sessions will run for 6 consecutive weeks starting Wednesday 8th January, 6.30pm at Inner Guru Studio, L4 4AF.

Soundbaths

Every third Sunday of 2025 at 4pm at Inner Guru, Walton rd - Echoes of the Earth bring you a relaxing hour of sound healing, with the use of gongs singing bowls and other soothing sound instruments. The first session of 2025 will be on Sunday 26th January. We also offer free places for this for those struggling, you can nominate someone who may just need this!
